Dear all,
On next weeks next-generation sequencing discussion group 23/11 at 12.00 in Darwin I will present my postdoc-project where I used 454 amplicon sequencing to investigate multi-copy immune genes (MHC) and their influence on partner choice of the subantarctic seabird, the blue petrel.
In the attached article I will mainly focus on the methods of filtering 454 amplicon data to get rid of artifactual sequences.
On behalf of Maria Strandh
See you next wednesday,
Henrik
